Selected subpages of the website contain a form (hereinafter referred to as the Form) that allows sending inquiries regarding the services provided to SEMLEADERS. Through the Form, the user can submit the following data to SEMLEADERS: name, surname, email address, contact phone number, website address, and the content of the message sent to SEMLEADERS. 

The personal data disclosed in the Form are processed in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997, on the Protection of Personal Data (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) after the user consents to their use and processing by clicking the „send” button, which is part of the Form. This consent is granted exclusively to SEMLEADERS for commercial, statistical, and marketing purposes. The administrator of the personal data is SEMLEADERS.

A user whose personal data is processed has the right to access their data, complete, update, correct, temporarily or permanently suspend their processing, or request their deletion. Access, completion, update, correction, suspension of processing, or deletion of data is based on the user’s request sent to the email address info@semleaders.com. 

The term „GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

We respect the right to privacy and care about data security. To this end, we use, among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL). 

The personal data provided in the form is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorized persons.

Data Administrator

The site provider is the data administrator for its clients. This means that if you fill out a form on our website, we process your data such as: first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, and website address. 

The site provider is also the administrator for individuals subscribed to the newsletter and those registered for webinars and training sessions.

  5. f) to the extent and purpose consistent with your consent if you have registered for a webinar. 

Every individual whose data is processed (if we are the administrator) has the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it, or limit its processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
