Personal Data Protection 

 

The administrator of the SEMLEADERS website is SEMLEADERS Jakub Budzioch, located at 15 Windermere Road, NG7 6HL, United Kingdom. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the applicable legal requirements, and data is stored on secured servers.

Selected subpages of the website contain a form (hereinafter referred to as the Form) that allows sending inquiries regarding the services provided to SEMLEADERS. Through the Form, the user can submit the following data to SEMLEADERS: name, surname, email address, contact phone number, website address, and the content of the message sent to SEMLEADERS. 

The personal data disclosed in the Form are processed in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997, on the Protection of Personal Data (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) after the user consents to their use and processing by clicking the „send” button, which is part of the Form. This consent is granted exclusively to SEMLEADERS for commercial, statistical, and marketing purposes. The administrator of the personal data is SEMLEADERS.

A user whose personal data is processed has the right to access their data, complete, update, correct, temporarily or permanently suspend their processing, or request their deletion. Access, completion, update, correction, suspension of processing, or deletion of data is based on the user’s request sent to the email address info@semleaders.com. 

The term „GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

We respect the right to privacy and care about data security. To this end, we use, among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL). 

The personal data provided in the form is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorized persons.

Data Administrator

The site provider is the data administrator for its clients. This means that if you fill out a form on our website, we process your data such as: first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, and website address. 

The site provider is also the administrator for individuals subscribed to the newsletter and those registered for webinars and training sessions. 

Personal data is processed: 

1. a) in accordance with data protection regulations, 
2. b) in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy, 
3. c) to the extent and purpose necessary for the establishment, shaping, amendment, or termination of the content of the Agreement, as well as the proper implementation of electronically provided services, 
4. d) to the extent and purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject, e) to the extent and purpose consistent with your consent if you have subscribed to the newsletter, 
5. f) to the extent and purpose consistent with your consent if you have registered for a webinar. 

Every individual whose data is processed (if we are the administrator) has the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it, or limit its processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or the withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary to pursue potential claims in court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain the data. 

The site provider has the right to disclose the User’s personal data and other data to entities authorized under applicable law (e.g., law enforcement authorities). 

The deletion of personal data may occur as a result of withdrawing consent or lodging a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data. The site provider will not share personal data with other entities than those authorized under applicable law.

Privacy Policy 

The site does not automatically collect any information, except for the information contained in cookies. 

Cookies (so-called „cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the User’s end device and are intended for using the site’s web pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device, and a unique number.
