About the client
Ola has been running her social media under the brand ekspert.zdrowia.kobiet for over 13 years, targeting her content to women interested in Chinese medicine, healthy eating, astrology and acupuncture. Ola places a huge emphasis on professionalism and quick turnaround when working together. One of the client’s requirements was a quick response to ad-hoc tasks, a flexible approach as to the scope of tasks that came up during the collaboration and effective communication with our team.
The client approached us in 2020 looking for virtual support in running her projects, including help with monitoring incoming messages, organising meetings/trips, researching designated topics and much more. Together with Ola, we finalised several key projects while helping the client carve out more time for herself and new ventures.

Assembling the client's content portfolio
We compiled and organised all of the client's relevant content, creating a cohesive and compelling portfolio. This included posts, graphics, photos, videos and other multimedia material

We carried out detailed research on specific health-related and business topics. We have provided the findings in the form of detailed reports

We supported the client in managing inbound and outbound communications on social media. We monitored responses to private messages as well as comments on posts on all the client's channels
Website content management
We oversaw all published content, both user-generated content (e.g. comments, reviews) and content posted by the client itself
Handling of business correspondence
We have made contact with other companies at the client's request for new collaborations or invitations to the client's projects
Organisation of meetings/trips
We assisted in the organisation of meetings and trips, taking over full logistics
