About the client
Katarzyna Chmielarz has been running her video production and events agency for 5 years. The agency handles a number of projects on the international market, and there are often pressing topics that require ad hoc support.
The client approached us in 2021 looking for the support of a virtual assistant to handle project tasks, including assistance with sourcing sponsors for events organised by her agency, monitoring incoming messages, organising meetings/outings, coordinating schedules or researching on designated topics. Together with the client, we secured several sponsors for events organised by Yolk’s agency and provided support on day-to-day matters.

We performed a comprehensive research of potential companies for business cooperation for the client. We focused on an in-depth understanding of the client's industry and market trends and competitive profiles in order to find business partners offering added value for both parties
Coordination of the travel schedule
We effectively managed all logistical aspects related to the planning and execution of trips organised by the Yolk agency. Thanks to our attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing circumstances, we ensured the fluidity and optimisation of all planned activities
Moodboards for sessions coordinated by the client agency
We made collections of inspiration that served as the foundation for creative photo shoots and other projects coordinated by the client agency. We tailored our inspiration collections to the specific requirements and objectives of each shoot, supporting the creative activities of the Yolk agency

We handled the professional handling of business correspondence, ensuring that communications with clients, partners and suppliers were managed quickly and effectively.
